Visegrad Scholarships – International Visegrad Fund

The International Visegrad Fundoffers Master´s and   post-garduate (post Master´s) scholarships for study/research project during t the period of one to four semesters at public universities in the Czech Republic and other European countries.  Information on :

LLP ERASMUS bilateral agreements

Within that programme students from EU countries have the oportunity to study at other universities in EU if a bilateral agreement between  the  Technical University of Liberec and some of the EU universities has been signed. Students can go to the university in EU either  for studies or for the training. The maximum time of both of  possiblities is one year.

CEEPUS – Central European Exchange  Programme for University Study

It is focused on a regional co-operation within the frame of universities nets.
It supports exchange  of students and teachers in the central Europe. More information on :

Fulbright U.S. Student Program – Fulbright Program

Sponsored by the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Student Program provides the oportunity for recent U.S. graduates, post-graduate candidates, professional and artists to conduct career-launching study and research abroad.

The Ministry od Education, Youth and Sports  of the Czech Republic – scholarships

Scholarships of this type are designed for university/college students or graduates and Ph.D. candidates, in some case also for university researchers/teachers, who wish to accomplish a study or research stay at Universities in the Czech Republic.

Government scholarships – Developing countries – Scholarships Awards within the Foreign Development Assistance Programme

The Government of the Czech Republic offers a number of scholarships within the framework of its Foreign Development Assistance Programme in support of the study of foreign nationals from developing countries at public institutions of higher education in the Czech Republic.
