Incoming Students

Within its different faculties, the Technical University of Liberec (map) offers a range of English language study programmes in science, humanities as well as art and interdisciplinary fields of study.

Please look at the Description of Course Units to find details about the subjects in each study programme.

The Technical University of Liberec has well-equipped laboratories, a modern University Library, computer classrooms and high-quality teams of researchers.

The Technical University of Liberec offers also good social, cultural and sports facilities. In addition to the excellent conditions for summer and winter sports in Liberec and its surroundings, there is an Academic Sports Centre with possibilities of indoor and outdoor sports activities.

As one of few universities TUL satisfies all requests for accommodation and catering in the modern university halls of residence in Harcov. ( address: Koleje a menzy TU - Harcov, 17. Listopadu 584, 460 15, Liberec 15)

Summer Semester 2011/2012:

The deadline for applications is 30. 11. 2011. The applications should include the Application Form, Transcript of Records Before the Mobility and the Learning Agreement, duely signed. For students who need to apply for a visa, it is recommended to send the application by 31. 10. 2011. The processed application will be sent back to the International Office of your university.

The semster starts on 13. 2. 2012 and finishes on 29. 6. 2012, a Welcome Days programme stars on 9. 2. 2012.

Accommodation is booked upon acceptance at Harcov residence Halls from 6. 2. 2011. A deposit of 3000,-CZK is required at arrival. The student should pay accommodation from the beginning of the semester even if he/she arrives later.
