ELIGIBILITY | Recognized tertiary education (Bachelor Degree) prescribed by Act No. 49/2009, Coll. (not necessary for applicants from Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Germany, and Slovenia) in a similar field of studies: obtaining of a minimum of 60 ECTS credits in a bachelor’s degree in economic or business specializations is necessary. If the diploma supplement does not contain information on ECTS credits, then at least a third of the bachelor study must be economics-oriented or related. Fluent English skills – level B2, no official certificate required. Motivation on-line interviews will be announced to students who have applied and settled the application fee (a commission assesses the candidate’s qualifications and abilities – specialization of previous study, study results of previous studies, language skills and expertise). The study programme of Business Administration prepares graduates to solve economic situations in enterprises at the middle and upper management level. Graduates become acquainted with managing the processes of strategic and innovative management in the area of business economics, financial management, marketing operations, and managerial decision-making using selected quantitative methods.
The specialization of Management of Business Processes provides graduates with the knowledge of corporate project management, using support software tools. Moreover, graduates acquire the principles of environmental management, auditing, controlling, and modern tools and quality management systems.
The specialization of Marketing and International Trade familiarizes graduates with the concept of customer value as a tool of competitive advantage of companies and merketing strategic management of the company, knowledge of brand marketing, forms and instruments of marketing communication of the company, functions and features of the single internal Europen market and EU external economic relations, business and orientation in the International business environment.
We reserve the right not to open both specializations if there are less than 8 admitted students in a specialization (specialization with more admitted students WILL BE open).
