Educational goals

The students of this study programme are prepared to solve standard economic situations in business organizations at middle level. They acquire basic knowledge in business management, marketing, finance and accounting, in the field of services, tourism and in international trade.

Profile of the graduate

The graduate at the bachelor level has knowledge of: – fundamental economic concepts and categories, and understands the connection between them in the context of major economic theories and schools of economics, – mathematical-statistical methods applicable in business data processing, – key world regions in economic and geopolitical terms, – the legislative framework of legal entities, including the tax framework and methods of accounting data compilation, – the principles of investment and financial decision-making, – current management approaches, business activities and processes, including the methods, tools, and technologies (IT) to control them, – knowledge relevant to the preparation for managerial positions.

The students of Business Administration are able to solve standard economic situations in business organizations at middle level. They acquire basic knowledge in management, marketing, finance and accounting.
International Trade
The aim of the bachelor study programme Economics and Management of Services is to prepare highly qualified specialists. The graduates assume middle managerial positions corresponding to their acquired qualifications in companies related to market and public services, mainly in information and communication services, financing and banking, insurance business, public service, educational, medical and cultural institutions.

Admission procedure

A completed secondary school education is required for admittance to the Bachelor degree programme. The Faculty Dean determines entrance exam rules and conditions for enrolment to the university by special measures in accordance with the Higher Education Act.
