Educational goals

The graduate will be able to: – critically compare the views of standard economic models at key economic categories and mechanisms, and evaluate their impact on the firm, – identify, classify and interpret economic data, including their explicit and implicit assumptions in the application of probability methods, – run a quantitative and qualitative analysis of economic data, – use the information technology and software support for organisational and presentational activities.

Profil absolventa

Profil absolventa: The graduate at the follow-up master level has knowledge of: – economic concepts and categories, and understands the connection between them in the context of major economic theories and schools of economics, – mathematical-statistical methods applicable in business data processing, – the legislative framework of legal entities, including the tax framework and methods of accounting data compilation, – the principles of investment and financial decision-making, – current management approaches, business activities and processes, including the methods, tools, and technologies (IT) to control them, – knowledge relevant to the preparation for managerial positions.
