We continuously support the development of all our employees’ qualifications and professional skills. Employee training and development are mainly carried out through internally organized training and courses of various focuses and competencies. A key platform is the Employee Education Portal, managed by the Centre for Lifelong Learning of the TUL FP.
Here, you will find the current training and courses offered at TUL. It includes professionally oriented training in various fields, mandatory training at TUL, language courses, courses in university pedagogy, etc. You can also subscribe to a weekly newsletter about new training events.
Other options
E-learning courses and the SEDUO offline platform are available. Staff can also participate in training through APUA, which focuses mainly on issues related to university activities. Details can be found on the intranet.
Internal trainers can also provide training on internal processes or selected areas of expertise.
